Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every item ships from a U.S. warehouse with tracking.

Cost: shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

When it ships: most items leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days; a few take up to 6. Large items like dehumidifiers ship by ground and may take longer to arrive.

More than one package: our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking: you'll get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
