Refund policy

30-day returns, no fees. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. There's no restocking fee, and we cover the return shipping label.

How to start a return: contact us with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll email you a prepaid return label, usually within 2 business days. Pack the item, ideally in its original box with all parts and manuals, and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds: once the item is received and checked, we refund your original payment method. You'll get an email when the refund is issued; your bank may take a few more business days to show it.

Damaged or defective items: if something arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations: you can cancel any time before an order ships. Items ship from different warehouses, so if part of an order is already on its way, we'll cancel the rest and you can return the shipped item as above.
